Active Design custom made furniture production and interior furnishing elements factory spans across 8000 m2. The furniture production is located in Sremčica, Belgrade, from where all manufactured furniture is shipped worldwide. After custom-made furniture design, technical detailing sends that order to production.
Our most common projects involve furnishing hotels with a focus on hotel rooms, necessitating serial production of furniture and furniture elements. Serial furniture production is executed in a fully automated manner, where each element is assigned a barcode, streamlining the production process, as well as subsequent transportation and assembly. This method leaves no room for error, as evidenced by every completed project where the actual appearance matches the design precisely.
Active Design's interior furnishing production comprises CNC machining centers, automatic edge banders, edge banding machines, painting robots, painting chambers with water curtains, membrane and hydraulic presses, as well as numerous workstations necessary for crafting specific details. Depending on the client's needs and preferences, our production facility serves as an automated line for processing both medium-density fiberboard (MDF) and solid wood, as well as other materials.
The fully roboticized operation in our factory ensures that all furniture, including interior doors made of veneered or painted MDF, is manufactured with technological precision, quality, and consistency. Another extremely important segment of our production is door manufacturing.
